The following is a brief description of the standard features Sycamore Custom Luxury Homes provides.

We provide weekly updates and photos for all our homes during the construction process. A representative will be available 7 days a week to answer any questions or concerns that you may have. We use 2x6 lumber for all exterior walls, energy efficient insulation, and stainless steel appliances. The standard height for basement and first floor walls is 9 feet. All exterior pillars on porches are brick or stone, with vinyl wrapped beams, these are just a few of the options that are standard when building a home with us.
